Using effective multi-sensory techniques, the instructor will guide writers through a discovery process. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWeekly discovery sessions can deepen a work in progress (WIP), take it in new directions, or liberate authors that are stuck. If a writer doesn't have a WIP at the moment, he or she may begin to develop one over the course of the program or write several short stories instead.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWriters will utilize several minutes of weekly class time to add details and depth to their initial discovery period.
