2026 Speakers
Barb Trombley
After 35 years as an elementary school teacher, Barbara Trombley of Saint Croix Falls, Wisconsin, has put down her chalk and picked up a pen. She constructs her tales in her tiny writing cabin in the woods near the home she shares with her husband, Gordon, and their white German Shepherd, Rudy.
Lemuel Massuia
Lemuel Massuia is a Brazilian illustrator and designer specializing in children’s books and narrative illustration. With over two decades of professional experience, he has worked on multiple published titles, creating character-driven artwork focused on storytelling for young readers.
Leo Vaughn
Leo Vaughn writes character-driven fiction that marries espionage, magic, and thriller pacing, a mix he likes to call “spypunk.” A lover of history and the unexplained, he is fascinated with any type of arcane knowledge, from Bigfoot to the bizarre crimes of the CIA during the Cold War. He lives in Ohio with his wife, a cat who critiques his writing, and a parakeet who may be working under deep cover.
