No materials purchase is required. All class materials are provided through the teacher’s licensed curriculum access.

Once you purchase the class and fill out THIS REGISTRATION FORM, we will email you the Google Classroom code. That's where you'll find your virtual meeting link, etc. If you register fewer than 24 hours before the first class starts, the class recording will be made available to you. Contact us if you wish to begin later in the semester. 

Join us for an engaging introduction to Spanish through the highly regarded Somos 1 Flex curriculum, a conversational, story-based program designed to help students acquire Spanish naturally through listening, reading, discussion, and interaction.

This class will meet twice weekly for one hour and will focus on building comprehension and confidence from the very beginning. Rather than memorizing long vocabulary lists or conjugation charts, students will learn Spanish through repeated exposure, meaningful context, and interactive activities.

During this session, students will primarily work through the first one or two units of Somos 1 Flex (classes will move at the pace of the students). They will begin using foundational vocabulary and phrases such as:

• dice
• este / esta es
• una persona
• un chico / una chica
• se llama
• hoy es / ayer fue
• hay
• le gusta / me gusta / te gusta

Students will also learn:

• common food vocabulary
• useful cognates
• calendar vocabulary
• seasons and months
• sequencing words such as “before” and “after”

The instructor is a native Spanish speaker from the Dominican Republic who has been connected with Crescenza Studio for several years. Additionally, she has also served as Miss Amy’s personal Spanish teacher since 2025. Her engaging teaching style and authentic language background help students develop both comprehension and confidence in spoken Spanish.

All classes meet online; the link will be provided.

No refunds unless the class is canceled. If a student is unable to complete the class for some reason, they will still have access to the weekly videos. :)
